Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our clinical team as part-time Behavior Technicians. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions and supporting independence.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. You will record session data, collaborate with families, and contribute to a positive learning environment while building valuable skills in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
