Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior serves children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders in Virginia. Each client has a treatment team including a BCBA and behavior therapist to ensure comprehensive services, using evidence-based ABA to help clients reach their potential.

As a frontline team member, you will implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs, execute behavior intervention plans, collect data, and write session notes within required timelines to support client progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, ABA, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs.
• Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA intervention.
• Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Apply principles of ABA to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
• Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed.
• Attend regular meetings, training, and stay current on best practices in ABA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and skills / write session notes within appropriate timeline.
• Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
