Job summary

You will use ABA strategies to promote skill development in home and school settings and maintain accurate data and notes.

Responsibilities include executing treatment plans, attending trainings, and collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure client progress and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor’s in psychology or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass background check and have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs.
• Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA.
• Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Apply principles of ABA to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
• Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed.
• Attend regular meetings, training, and stay current on best practices in ABA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and write session notes within appropriate timeline.
• Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
