Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. You will work with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans, recording data with electronic devices, and supporting families throughout treatment.

No prior experience is required, and the role offers pathways to RBT certification through BK Academy, with flexible, part-time hours after school and potential weekend opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation is needed for client visits.
• Six-month commitment is requested.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
