Job summary

ABA360 is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community locations in New Jersey. You will implement evidence-based interventions, help build skills, and support families in achieving positive outcomes for children with Autism.

No prior experience required; training opportunities exist through BK Academy and tuition discounts. Typical hours are after-school with potential weekend shifts, offering flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
