Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based treatment team. You will provide one-on-one behavioral support under BCBA supervision during after-school hours (Mon–Fri 3:00–7:00pm).

This role offers paid training, competitive pay, and a collaborative, family-focused work environment. You will help children aged 2–15 make progress while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Physically assist and keep pace with children (ages 2–15) during sessions.
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
