Headrise ABA is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy in New Jersey. The role focuses on data-driven progress, skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living, and collaborating with families for consistent treatment.

Part-time scheduling is available with competitive hourly pay and a sign-on bonus. The position supports growth with experienced BCBAs and aims to make a meaningful impact on children with autism while balancing work-life.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans
• Track client progress through data collection
• Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living
