Behavior Frontiers in Grosse Pointe, MI seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to join our ABA team. The role involves 1:1 therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities, delivering evidence-based interventions and data collection to monitor progress.

We offer comprehensive benefits, daily pay options, and a 9:00am–5:00pm schedule, with opportunities for growth and BCBA supervision, plus company-provided iPad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Able to pass background checks and health screenings.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach communication, play, social skills, and independence while reducing inappropriate behaviors.
• Collect and analyze data using our electronic software for real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress and receive feedback.
