Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) in the United States. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy across homes, schools, centers, and communities, helping individuals with autism communicate, play, and gain independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

You will collect data with our proprietary software, work with BCBAs and families, and participate in world-class training to advance your career in ABA therapy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach communication, play, independence, and social skills for individuals with autism.
• Collect and analyze data using proprietary software for real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.
