Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
• RBT certification preferred; training provided if not yet certified.
• Must pass background check, child abuse registry, and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home and center-based settings.
• Collect and input data on client progress using RethinkBH.
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and staff regarding progress and needs.
