Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group in Virginia is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings under age 21, working with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and interventions.

This role emphasizes caregiver coaching, data collection, and ongoing supervision; a high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, with a preferred BA/BS and experience with autism.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Your Role as an ABA Behavior Technician

As a Behavior Technician at Compass, you will:

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate from $22-$25/hour, based on experience
