Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis in Santa Clara is seeking a part-time Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in client homes. A completed Bachelor’s degree or RBT certification is required, with availability Mon–Fri 3–8pm and Saturdays preferred.

English fluency is essential, and Spanish is a plus. You will work closely with BCBA-developed programs, documenting progress and coordinating with families.

Responsibilities

• Delivering ABA treatment programs developed by a BCBA
• Providing direct client care in a 1:1 setting in the client’s home
• Working with clients & families to implement client treatment plan
• Attending staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
• Completing daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner

Requirements

• Ability to complete job’s physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children

Roles and Responsibilities

• Completing daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner

Conditions of Employment

• Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice
• Must have a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance
• Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation as applicable as well as HIPAA laws and regulatory agencies
• Must attend all BTA required training
• Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing per company policies
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certificate
• Must have the following immunizations: Rubella (2-series), Rubeola (2-series), Mumps (2-series), Varicella (2-series), Hepatitis B (3-series) (Declination acceptable), Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable), Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)
