Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, clinics, or community settings for children and adolescents under 21. You will collaborate with BCBAs to implement plans, coach caregivers, and document data for ongoing progress.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and license for driving; a psychology or related degree is preferred. Full-time roles offer comprehensive benefits and career growth in Virginia.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

  • Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and interventions.

Your Role as an ABA Behavior Technician

As a Behavior Technician at Compass, you will:

Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly rate from $22-$25/hour, based on experience
