Heartland ABA seeks enthusiastic part-time Behavior Support Staff to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community-based locations in the Kansas City area. You will work under our clinical team to implement skill-building plans and support families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience and compassion are essential for working with children with Autism.
• Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Act as a core member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
