Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings. These part-time roles are ideal for educators, teacher's assistants, paraprofessionals, or anyone passionate about helping children with autism.

Training is provided, and we offer flexible afternoon/evening hours and a supportive clinical team. No prior ABA experience needed; comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in client homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans with supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness.
