Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in New Jersey seeks a Child Development & Behavioral Learning Associate to support children with Autism through one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations. This is a part-time entry point into psychology and special education, with flexible afternoon/evening hours and no prior experience required.

You’ll collaborate with a clinical team, record session data on electronic devices, and build skills that empower families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
