Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and compassionate.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions in homes and communities.
• Record session data accurately using provided tools.
• Collaborate with clinical team to implement care plans.
• Support families and foster a positive learning environment.
