Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Behavior Consultant to oversee treatment for an assigned caseload and provide clinical direction to behavior technicians. You will deliver assessment, protocol modification, and family treatment guidance while using data to drive programming and outcomes.

The role requires BCBA certification/licensure and involves independent clinical practice with staff collaboration and family partnership. Full-time, on-site position in Littleton, MA with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with families and team members.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• BCBA certification and/or license required by local statutes to deliver behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance according to LEARN clinical standards.
• Provide clinical direction and professional feedback to behavior technicians.
• Use clinical best practices and data to drive programming.
• Document services accurately and on time and report clinical or scheduling concerns promptly.
• Provide treatment by protocol when needed.
• Complete trainings and meetings and follow company compliance policies.
