Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs for part-time roles with growth into full-time as caseloads expand.

We offer complimentary RBT training, mentoring, and a supportive, flexible environment designed for career advancement in ABA with children who have autism. Roles involve 1:1 sessions, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision; local travel may be required and compensation includes quarterly bonuses and annual

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education or related field a plus.
  • Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
  • Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
  • Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
  • Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
