Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in Dimondale, MI is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles that can turn into full-time. Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or a related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally are required.
• Ability to physically engage clients (sitting to standing unassisted and lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field
