Job summary

Damar Services, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Analyst Trainee to join our ABA team in Indianapolis. The trainee will support clients and staff while obtaining fieldwork supervision from a Senior Program Manager and will be exposed to caseload management tasks.

The role focuses on developing critical skills with clear promotion potential into a Program Manager role, including direct therapy and collaborative team support within our mission-driven not-for-profit organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience with autism spectrum disorders.
• RBT required.
• Coursework/enrollment toward BCaBA or BCBA certification required.
• Must be acquiring BACB fieldwork supervision requirements.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid Indiana driver’s license.
• Be clear of any felony convictions and pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager with assessments (e.g., EFL, VBMAPP, ESDM).
• Assist with continuing education events for ABA therapists.
• Assist with FBAs implementation as needed.
• Support ABA therapists with client programming questions or concerns.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and monthly clinical meetings.
• Provide direct therapy for ~30–35 hours per week.
• Mentor new ABA therapists and participate in supervision meetings.
• Ensure IOA data collection supports intervention decisions.
