BK Behavior is seeking motivated individuals to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in home or community settings. The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, compassion, and patient engagement to support families and progress goals.

These part-time positions offer training, flexible afternoon/evening hours, and a pathway into the ABA field. No prior experience is required, and full training is provided to succeed in this meaningful role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• Part-time positions are available.
• Required to take the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Ready to create a positive change.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
