360 Behavioral Health in Lynwood, CA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor II PT to advance your ABA career while pursuing your Masters. You will supervise a team, mentor Behavior Technicians, and help shape high-quality clinical programs within a multidisciplinary team.

Carry a caseload, meet billable and supervision hours, and ensure HIPAA compliance while supporting client progress. This role offers growth into clinical leadership and flexible scheduling to balance your studies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ABA experience (desired).
• 1+ year supervisory experience with staff training and evaluations.
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies.
• Report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct service delivery.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and special projects as needed.
