Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an Ab Initio Developer to join our Enterprise Data Engineering team in a full-time onsite role in Irving, TX. You will design, migrate, and optimize large data pipelines from on-prem to Google Cloud Platform, blending traditional ETL with cloud-native architectures.

You will leverage Ab Initio, GDE, and BigQuery, plus Dataflow and Cloud Composer, while building automation with Python and CI/CD tools. Strong SQL and Unix scripting are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and migrating large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong Python proficiency for data processing and automation.
• Hands-on GCP experience with BigQuery and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Ab Initio.
