Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal DOT Card.

• Provide light services such as lockout assistance, battery diagnostics, and tire changes.

AAA provides all the training you need to become a skilled roadside technician and help rescue stranded members. Full‑time drivers who meet performance goals earn an average of $47,600 to $58,200 annually, and top performers have the opportunity to earn well beyond the average range.

Key Responsibilities

• Rescue, mount, and tow disabled vehicles using a variety of service and towing vehicles, including wreckers and flatbeds.
• Provide light services such as lockout assistance, battery diagnostics, and tire changes.
