AAA Central Penn is recruiting for a Remote Dispatch Specialist to support roadside assistance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role is remote with mandatory in-office meetings in Harrisburg, PA, and requires being available for a 2:30pm–11pm shift, including weekends.

You will calmly coordinate service calls and deliver timely assistance to members in distress. The position emphasizes clear communication, rapid decision-making, and reliable documentation.

The available shift for this position is 2:30pm to 11pm, including every other weekend. This is a remote position that requires the ability to attend mandatory in office meetings and trainings at our Harrisburg, PA location.

When someone is stranded on the roadside, they are not just looking for help—they are looking for reassurance, direction, and fast action. As a AAA Dispatch Specialist, you become the lifeline. Hourly pay starts at $17.65 per hour plus the opportunity to earn a shift differential.

Important note:This position is designated as Essential Duty Personnel, meaning team members are expected to report as scheduled—including weekends, holidays, and inclement weather conditions.
