AAA Central Penn is seeking a Remote Dispatch Specialist to support AAA members from Harrisburg, PA. This is a full-time, remote role with a 2:30pm–11pm shift, including every other weekend, and mandatory in-office meetings at the Harrisburg location.

You will coordinate calls, provide calm guidance during roadside emergencies, and ensure timely updates and accurate documentation. The position offers shift differentials and opportunities to impact response times for members.

The available shift for this position is 2:30pm to 11pm, including every other weekend. This is a remote position that requires the ability to attend mandatory in office meetings and trainings at our Harrisburg, PA location.

Hourly pay starts at $17.65 per hour plus the opportunity to earn a shift differential.

Important note:This position is designated as Essential Duty Personnel, meaning team members are expected to report as scheduled—including weekends, holidays, and inclement weather conditions.

Dispatch quickly and accurately
Coordinate service calls to AAA Fleet Technicians and our partners, ensuring fast, efficient assistance.

Prioritize calls based on urgency, safety concerns, weather, and traffic conditions.

Keep members informed every step of the way
Provide proactive updates so customers always know when help will arrive.

Document with clarity and precision
Capture key details that support seamless service and strong team communication.

Deliver a “one-call resolution” experience
Solve problems efficiently while creating a positive, memorable interaction.

Collaborate for success
Partner with technicians and contractors to deliver reliable, high-quality service.
