Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare, a leading locum tenens staffing firm, seeks physicians to cover hospital assignments in Virginia. Shifts run 7 am–7 pm with 12–18 patients daily, focusing on ERCP preferred or general GI coverage.

Intermittent leave coverage and paid malpractice with pre-paid travel and housing are offered. Assignments are managed through Weatherby’s online portal, and you will have 24-hour access to a Weatherby consultant.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification is required.
• Experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• ERCP experience preferred; general GI considered.

Responsibilities

• Cover hospital assignments on a 7am–7pm shift.
• Manage 12–18 patients per day in a hospital GI setting.
• Enter assignment details and time entries in the online portal.
