CompHealth is seeking an OB hospitalist for an inpatient hospital setting in Culpeper, VA. The role includes OB triage, deliveries, C-sections, VBAC, and circumcisions, with ER coverage and gynecology/OB rounding as needed.

Shifts are 7 am–7 am (12/36/48 hr options), with about 8 births per shift and ~625 births per year. We arrange complimentary housing and travel, plus malpractice coverage and streamlined credentialing.

Competenze

• OB hospitalist experience preferred.
• Experience with OB triage and deliveries required.
• Skills in C-sections, VBAC, and circumcisions preferred.

• 24-hr shifts available -- 7 am to 7 am (12, 36, and 48 hr. also available)
• Approx. 8 births per shift -- 625 births per year
• OB hospitalist role at an inpatient hospital setting
• OB triage, deliveries, C-sections, VBAC, circumcisions required
• ER coverage -- possible D&C, ectopic pregnancies, gyn and OB rounding
• Low-risk (NTSV) C-section rate: 14.5%
• Ongoing coverage needs throughout the year
