# A/V Tech - North CampusNorth Campus - Prosper, TX 75078## OverviewPosition TypeFull-TimeEducation LevelCollege PreferredCategoryMedia## Description| || --- || Support events, services and projects with audio and visual needs at Prestonwood Baptist Church – North Campus (“PBC-NC”). **Primary Responsibilities:** * Support audio and visual needs for campus-wide events, including LifeGroup Bible Studies, special events, and regular, scheduled weekly events * Support specific needs for Sunday worship services and/or Student and Children’s Ministry programming * Provide technical services for small to medium-sized events, including audio mixing and graphic support (ProPresenter, PowerPoint) * Work with Media Operations Director to plan, coordinate, and execute campus-wide projects and production schedules * Identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership of managing those projects * Assist with maintaining and organizing all technical equipment including venues and storage areas * Perform troubleshooting duties to anticipate problems, suggest and create solutions * Provide PBC ministries excellent and hospitable audio/visual solutions * Other duties as assigned |## Qualifications| || --- || **Requirements:** * Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of PBC-NC * Willingness to commit to the Media core values of Passionate, Relational, Excellent, Accountable, Collaborative, and Honoring * Live production experience in audio, video, and lighting, including audio mixing, video playback, camera operation and projectors and basic lighting skills * Possess a working knowledge of production systems signal flow and equipment elements * Hands-on experience with common digital audio consoles such as Behringer X32, Midas M32, Yamaha, DiGiCo * Commitment to continuing technical development through various training mediums * Possess a servant attitude and teachable spirit * Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team * Strong communication skills * Strong knowledge of computers – both Windows and Mac * Demonstrate the ability to take ownership and self-start * Ability to work a Sunday – Thursday schedule with flexibility to work nights and weekends as events require * Ability to work at a desk for extended periods of time and to perform physical activities that require moving one’s whole body, such as walking, stooping, pushing/pulling a cart, and lifting/moving gear up to 50 pounds without assistance |
