Job summary

CompQsoft, Inc. is hiring an AV Integrator to design, install, and manage audio-visual systems for conference rooms, auditoriums, and smart buildings. You will plan layouts, mount displays, manage cabling, and configure control interfaces for AV-over-IP networks.

The role requires strong electronics and IT networking knowledge, familiarity with Crestron/Extron/AMX and Cisco devices, and a Secret Clearance. CTS certification is preferred; a high school diploma or IT/electronics/media production

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, AMX, Cisco devices.
• CTS certification preferred.
• Clear communication to explain complex setups to non-technical clients, plus problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• High school diploma with hands-on technical experience or a degree in Information Technology, Electronics, or Media Production.
• Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Testing & Troubleshooting: Diagnose hardware and software faults, test signal integrity, and resolve technical bugs.
• Project Management: Coordinate with clients, IT teams, and construction contractors to finish projects on time and within budget.
