Holman Lincoln Mt. Laurel is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join the team. Perform repairs per repair order to dealer and factory standards, diagnose malfunctions, and road-test vehicles.

We offer up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance; benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays. Minimum 3+ years dealer experience; valid driver's license; high school diploma; willingness to undergo background checks.

Competenze

• FORD/LINCOLN certification is highly desired.
• Minimum 3+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Proficient in engine, transmission, AC, electrical repairs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

What will you do?

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
• Maintain leading-edge knowledge of automotive diagnosis technology, digital manuals, and reference materials
• Keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for dealership tools at all times
• Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry, as well as in the diagnostics arena

What are we looking for?

Regular Full-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $29.23 - $41.66 USD per hour.
