Job summary

Buckeye Complete Auto Care in Westerville, OH is seeking a Lead Technician to drive daily performance, mentor technicians, and uphold our service-excellence standards. You will lead by example, set goals, and ensure quality control across the shop.

We value proactive leadership, 5+ years of mechanical diagnosis experience, and a passion for learning. ASE certification is a plus. Expect ongoing training, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow into leadership.
