Job summary

Moog Inc. in Buffalo, NY seeks an A&T Technician II for the 3rd shift, onsite at East Aurora. You will report to the Process Manager and perform assembly, testing and diagnostic tasks with high-precision equipment while adhering to FAA safety programs.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in a related technical field and a preferred high school diploma or GED. The position is on-site with a 3rd shift schedule and offers a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 3 years of related experience in a related technical field.
• FAA regulations require enrollment/participation in the company’s FAA Drug & Alcohol Program.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly with mechanical and electronic measurement equipment, fixtures, tooling, gauging and torque mechanisms to meet build requirements.
• Work from drawings and instructions and provide written communication detailing performance and circumstances.
• Test operations include setting up and performing operational tests on high-precision test stands using hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic equipment.
• Diagnose test failures and assess hardware to provide rework instructions and configuration changes.
• Perform daily administrative responsibilities to support overall operations.
