Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare in Des Moines, IA seeks a radiologist to cover 7-day stretches of night shift (11 pm – 7 am) for inpatient, emergent, stat, routine and stroke reads.

You will perform general radiology including CT, PF, US and MR with hospital privileges required; Weatherby provides paid malpractice, travel and housing, and 24-hour consultant support.

Qualifications

• Hospital privileges required.
• Physician radiologist with inpatient radiology experience.
• Ability to read CT, MR, US and PF studies as part of general radiology.
• 7-day night shift coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Read general radiology studies including CT, PF, US and MR.
• Cover night shifts from 11 pm to 7 am.
• Coordinate with hospital staff for emergent reads and stroke protocols.
