Job summary

CompHealth is seeking providers for overnight radiology coverage in the Des Moines area. This 3-month contract offers ED coverage with a high-volume night rotation, including CT, ultrasound and X-ray studies.

CompHealth will assist with credentialing and licensing, plus provide housing and travel arrangements. We offer a comprehensive malpractice plan and a streamlined time-entry portal for all assignments.

Qualifications

• Overnight radiology coverage experience is required.
• Able to perform CT, ultrasound and X-ray scans during overnight shifts.
• Must be able to coordinate with hospital staff and manage patient flow.
• Credentialing and privileging support provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight ED radiology coverage.
• Perform 25–35 CT scans per night, 10–15 ultrasounds, and additional X-rays.
• Collaborate with ED physicians and nursing staff.
• Utilize PACS and imaging equipment.
