Prime Engine Accessories in Somerset, MA, is hiring an MRO Technician to oversee the disassembly, inspection, repair, reassembly, and testing of aerospace engine accessories, such as HMUs and fuel pumps. The role requires initiative and adaptability in a newly launched FAA Part 145 repair station, making it a unique opportunity to develop a world-class MRO operation.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, preferably with an A&P license, and possess 1–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency with mechanical hand tools and a strong focus on detail is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in an aerospace MRO or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with fuel, oil, or pneumatic components preferred.
• Experience with cleanroom and FOD prevention processes.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and inspect aerospace engine accessories using OEM manuals.
• Perform visual inspections to detect damage, wear, or nonconformance.
• Complete digital and paper records for full traceability.
