Job summary

D.O.M. magazine is seeking skilled A&P Mechanics for a permanent, onsite role in Trenton, Maine. You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on our fleet, including Cessna 402 and Tecnam P2012, working independently and with a team.

The position requires an A&P license, plus strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. We offer ESOP, 401k, annual pay raises, and opportunities to travel for maintenance duties to locations like Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

Entry-level A&P candidates welcome to apply.
Preferred experience in aircraft maintenance (general aviation, military, or corporate).
Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency in reading and writing for documentation.

Responsibilities

Perform daily inspections and scheduled/unscheduled flight maintenance.
Conduct phase inspections and other regional airline maintenance duties.
Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems to ensure safety and compliance.
Work on the overhaul of the entire aircraft, providing comprehensive maintenance services.
Possess a current A&P License.
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Work a flexible schedule, including first/second shifts and weekends.
Own and maintain a basic set of aircraft maintenance tools.
