LTA Research and Exploration, an aerospace start‑up, is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic specializing in systems integration on research and development flight vehicles. In order to help advance our goal of bringing revolutionary airships to life, the A&P Mechanic will work directly with the appropriate company personnel to organize, plan, and execute the integration of various subsystems. This position will also provide flight operational support as required.
$45 - $60 an hour
The base range for this role is $45-60/hr, which is determined based on experience, geography, and qualifications. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes a very competitive annual bonus, 401K Match, and other generous benefits.
