Job summary

Skyservice Business Aviation Inc. is seeking an experienced aircraft maintenance technician to support maintenance operations and ensure airworthiness. The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, and compliance with SOP/OEM data, with opportunities for on-call and AOG assignments.

Candidates should have an A&P rating, 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, and familiarity with King Air, single-engine piston, and light corporate jet applications, in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• A&P rating is required with 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with King Air or single-engine piston and light corporate jet experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform typical maintenance operations per SOP and OEM data.
• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify, and overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems.
• Follow specifications and safety procedures.
• Complete required paperwork and maintain repair records.
• Operate all equipment safely and communicate with management, team members and customers.
• Perform On-Call airline maintenance (additional income for each event).
• AOG maintenance when requested; Skyservice is a preferred maintenance vendor for charter companies.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Typical maintenance operations, such as removal and replacement of aircraft and power plant components in accordance with Company Maintenance SOP, Manufacturer/OEM approved data
• Troubleshoot, repair, clean, service, inspect, modify, replace, overhaul aircraft and aircraft systems using approved data to ensure airworthiness
• Follow all applicable specifications to accomplish each specific task
• Follow all safety procedures and specifications
• Complete all required paperwork, maintain proficient records of repairs
• Use and operate all equipment in a safe manner
• Communicate effectively with management, team members and customers
• Perform On-Call airline maintenance ( Additional Income for each event)
• AOG maintenance when customer requests. We are a preferred maintenance vendor for multiple charter companies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Airframe and Power plant (A&P) Rating
• 3-5 years of aircraft maintenance experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Aircraft Qualifications and Skills:
• King Air / Single engine piston
• Light corporate jet experience
