Job summary

Air Transport Services Group is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician in the United States to perform troubleshooting, inspections, and both routine and non-routine maintenance on customer aircraft in line with technical data and FAA standards.

Relocation assistance is available. The role requires an A&P license and a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience on wide-body or common aircraft types and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Airframe and Powerplant license.
• Basic understanding of FAA CFR Part 145 regulations.
• Prefers strong background in electronics.
• Must provide tools as listed on required tool listing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, inspections, routine and non-routine maintenance on customer aircraft per technical data, within budgeted hours and FAA/customer quality standards.
• Returns to Service aircraft that have completed all required maintenance actions using logbooks or customer documentation.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
