Job summary

NICHOLAS AIR in Nashville, TN is seeking a motivated A&P technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections under FAA regulations. This role requires 3–5 years of corporate aviation experience and FAR 135 operation exposure.

Relocation assistance provided; onboarding Snap-On tool chest and aviation toolkit valued at $40,000. Candidates must hold an FAA A&P license and demonstrate strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
• 3–5 years corporate aviation experience.
• Experience working in a FAR 135 operation.
• Experience with CAMP and Corridor.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections in compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Troubleshoot electrical, airframe, and powerplant systems, ensuring optimal aircraft performance and minimal downtime
• Work with OEM vendors and contract MX to ensure maintenance is performed to NICHOLAS AIR / FAA standards
• Utilize electronic manuals to navigate technical data efficiently.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a flexible schedule to include overtime and after-hours work.
• Work with the parts department to order parts in a timely manner and determine warranty coverage.
