Survival Flight is seeking a full-time Aviation Mechanic (A&P) to join our FAA Part 145 Repair Station in Batesville, Arkansas. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on our aircraft in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a certified A&P mechanic to grow their aviation career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Formación

• FAA A&P certificate required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation after training.
• Able to travel up to two weeks at a time as business needs require.
• Able to work occasional weekends and overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and preventative maintenance on company aircraft.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and replace aircraft components using approved manuals and data.
• Ensure maintenance complies with FAA regs, manufacturer specs, and company policies.
• Accurately document maintenance in accordance with FAA requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to return aircraft to service safely and efficiently.
