Helicopter Jobs is seeking a certified A&P Helicopter Mechanic to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rotary-wing aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specs. You will collaborate with other mechanics and leadership to diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and avionics issues while maintaining thorough documentation and safety culture.

The role covers scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Bell, Airbus, Agusta, Sikorsky and MD models, with duties including

Qualifications

• FAA A&P license is required.
• Experience inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing rotor-wing aircraft.
• Experience with Bell, Airbus, Agusta, Sikorsky and MD helicopters.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repair of Bell, Airbus, Agusta, Sikorsky, and MD model aircraft.
• Perform component overhauls as required.
• Document all work IAW manufacturer’s manuals, regulations, and repair station manual, as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• FAA A&P License.
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to pass background check and FAA drug test
• Reliable transportation
• Experience with: Bell, airbus, Agusta, Sikorsky, and MD helicopters.

Job description

The A&P Helicopter Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing rotary-wing aircraft to ensure safe and reliable operation. This role performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company policies. The mechanic may collaborate with other mechanics, maintenance leadership, and other technical personnel to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and avionics issues, while maintaining accurate documentation and promoting a strong culture of safety and quality.
