Job summary

An aviation services company is seeking an experienced A&P Hangar-Based Fixed Wing / Helicopter Aviation Maintenance Technician in Show Low, Arizona. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of turbine rotorcraft or fixed-wing maintenance experience.
• Inspection Authorization (IA) and/or Part 135 experience preferred.
• Experience with Pilatus PC-12 or Bell-407 aircraft a major advantage.

STS Technical Services is hiring an A&P Hangar-Based Fixed Wing / Helicopter Aviation Maintenance Technician to support an industry-leading air medical transport program in Show Low, Arizona. Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspection, modification, and repair on airframes, rotors, propellers, engines, and appliances
• Coordinate with the Lead Maintenance Technician to plan and schedule work
• Communicate with flight crews to ensure aircraft readiness and operational safety
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and parts usage
• Manage calibrated tools, equipment inspections, and documentation
• Maintain base facilities and equipment in compliance with company standards
• Ensure adherence to FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of turbine rotorcraft or fixed-wing maintenance experience
• Strong understanding of FARs and maintenance documentation procedures
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Inspection Authorization (IA) and/or Part 135 experience preferred
• Experience with Pilatus PC-12 or Bell-407 aircraft a major advantage

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Stand, walk, kneel, climb, and bend for extended periods
• Work safely in both indoor and outdoor environments with varying temperatures and noise levels

Schedule & Work Conditions

• Full-time, on-site position
• Variable schedule based on program requirements
• On-call availability and overtime may be required
