AAR Corp in the United States is seeking licensed Apprentices (Airframe and Powerplant) to rotate through Interiors, Sheetmetal, Mechanic, and Avionics over 4–6 months. The program includes GEN FAM training, GMM, and on-the-job experience, with the goal of advancing to a QC Inspector role.
Selected candidates will build hands-on skills across aircraft systems and gain experience in maintenance documentation, quality control readiness, and hands-on shop activities within a dynamic aviation

Selected candidates will rotate through 4 different skills (Interiors, Sheetmetal, Mechanic, and Avionics) every 4-6 months. Candidates will also receive GEN FAM training, GMM, and on-the-job experience. The goal of this apprenticeship is a future position as a QC Inspector.
