Job summary

Swissport International AG in Honolulu, Hawaii, seeks an Aircraft Mechanic to perform maintenance tasks in accordance with approved programs. The role requires a High School diploma, 1 year line maintenance experience, A&P certificate, and fluent English.

The position offers $45 per hour, full-time benefits including health, 401(k) with match, paid vacation, sick time, and holidays. Must have the listed tools and be able to work in inclement weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in line maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and A&P certificate.
• Must have the required tools as listed in the Employee Hand Tool List.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Must be able to work in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Deliver according to applicable customer's policy and procedures.
• Comply with all applicable FAR (station code and manuals).
• Perform aircraft maintenance inspection and services in accordance with applicable customer's instruction/procedures and sign for completed actions.
• Comply with and always implement company's established safety policies and practices.
• Document additional charges as applicable to each customer.
• Maintain, and as required, effective and positive contact with customers on issues related to work accomplished or in progress.
• Ensure customer's satisfaction with services.
• Keep AML advised of work-related matters.
• Inspect equipment before and after use for safety, condition and service ability.
• Other duties as assigned.
