Job summary

Western Aircraft is hiring an A&P Aircraft Maintenance Technician to inspect, test, maintain, and service general aviation aircraft per FAA and manufacturer specifications. The role offers a 40-hour schedule with potential overtime and a sign-on bonus/relocation incentive based on experience.

The position requires an A&P certification and at least 3 years of airframe experience, with strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of various aircraft systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years’ experience with general aviation airframes.
• Advanced troubleshooting abilities.
• Broad knowledge of aircraft systems.
• Able to work overtime, evenings and weekends.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Gulfstream / Falcon / Embraer / Citation / Pilatus / Piper / King Air experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and inspections on general aviation aircraft.
• Ensures proper care of customer property through all phases of work.
• Completes required paperwork and work orders accurately.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Follows safety procedures and uses equipment safely.
