Job summary
Endeavor Air is seeking an aircraft maintenance technician to perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on regional jets. You will determine airworthiness, service components, and operate ground support equipment while adhering to regulatory procedures. The role requires an A&P license, willingness to travel, and ability to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced aviation environment. A strong safety mindset is essential.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Must hold a valid Airframe and Power Plant (A&P) Mechanics license.
Ability to travel internationally with passport within 3 months of hire; passport expenses paid by employee.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary.
Physically able to perform tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
Uniform is required; uniform allowance provided; safety shoes cost borne by employee.
Responsibilities
Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on aircraft and components.
Determine airworthiness per procedures and regulations.
Service, inspect aircraft and related equipment.
Perform aircraft jacking, lifting, towing, and manual movement.
Operate and inspect ground equipment.
Perform structural repair and preventative checks.
Enter maintenance data accurately into the system.
Maintain clean and orderly work area.
