Qualifications

• Inpatient and outpatient practice setting required.
• Admissions and rounding required.
• Laparoscopic surgery, appendectomy, and cholecystectomy required.
• Liver surgery and chest tube insertion required skills.
• Central line insertion and PA catheter placement required.
• Pediatric surgery and trauma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage.
• Call response time: 30 - 60 minutes.
• Admissions and rounding for patient care.
• Involved in laparoscopic surgery, including appendectomy and cholecystectomy.
• Perform liver surgery, chest tube insertion, central line insertion and PA catheter placement.
